Event Day
• Vendors must be completely set up and ready for guests by 11:30 a.m.
• Booths must remain open and staffed until the event closes at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, 8:00 p.m. on Sunday.
• Vendors may not begin packing or breaking down early, even if merchandise is sold out or inventory is low.
• Vendor spaces are assigned in advance and may not be traded, moved or changed without approval from Village Management.
• Vendors must follow designated load-in and unloading procedures and move vehicles promptly after unloading.
• After unloading, vendor vehicles must be moved to approved parking areas. Vendors may not park in reserved or restricted parking spaces.
• Displays, merchandise and equipment must remain within the assigned vendor space and may not block walkways or neighboring vendors.
• Vendors may not share their booth with an unregistered vendor.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth and surrounding area clean throughout the event and for removing all trash at the end of each day.
• Load-in times, maps and other event-day information will be provided in the vendor information packet. Requests for earlier arrival should be made in advance by emailing [email protected].
Booth Appearance & Conduct
Kris Kringle Village is intended to provide a festive, attractive and family-friendly shopping experience. Booths and displays, including tents, tables, setup and decorating, must be professional, orderly, clean and well lit.
Village Management may require reasonable changes to displays that are unsafe, obstructive or inconsistent with the overall appearance of the event.
Amplified music, microphones, speakers or other sound equipment may not be used if they interfere with event entertainment or neighboring vendors unless prior approval is received.
Smoking, including vapor cigarettes, is not permitted by vendors or their employees within the Village area.
For safety reasons, vendor children under age 16 may not remain in a booth without an adult.
Village Management reserves the right to make reasonable operational changes as necessary for the safety and successful operation of the event.
Products & Sales
The sale of drugs, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, hazardous materials, alcoholic beverages or other items deemed inappropriate by Village Management is prohibited.
Only products approved with the vendor application may be sold. Any additional items must be approved by Village Management in advance.
Each vendor is responsible for:
• Their own sales transactions
• Collection and payment of applicable sales and local taxes
• Required business licenses and permits
• Insurance required for their business
• Customer issues or disputes relating to their products or services
• Village Management is not responsible for individual vendor sales, transactions, tax obligations or customer disputes.
Help Us Promote Kris Kringle Village
We encourage vendors to promote their participation before the event through their social media pages, websites, email lists and customer contacts and to share official Kris Kringle Village event information whenever possible.
By participating in the event, vendors acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during the event and may be used by Event Management for promotional, advertising and social-media purposes.
